How it works

Close the day knowing exactly what came in. For every day in the range: new sign-ups, renewals, admission fees, trainer fees, dues collected, refunds and shop sales, adding up to the day's total — the same figure the Accounts screen has for that day.

Underneath, the totals by payment method: cash, card at the desk, card online, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and other mobile wallets. Count the drawer against the cash line and you are done.

Download it as a CSV with a totals row, or as an Excel workbook with a second sheet by payment method — or print it.

  • Sign-ups, renewals, admission, trainer fees
  • Dues collected and refunds
