See how the business is doing

Open the dashboard and today is on one screen: money in, expenses paid, who came in paid or unpaid, and the fees due in the next seven days. Below it, the month so far — revenue, expenses and new members.

Reports go further: revenue, memberships, new registrations per day, attendance, bookings, and your busy hours and quiet ones — for any dates you pick. The net figure is the same profit and loss the Accounts screen shows, so the two never argue.

Anything you can see, your accountant can have. Every export downloads as CSV or as a real Excel workbook, and every report prints — or saves as a PDF — as a tidy A4 page with your gym's name and the dates on it.
